Should the property foreclose, we already possess property management staff along with tested and proven exit strategies to help you dispose of foreclosed properties quickly with minimal cost and effort.
Now for the good news. The potential returns on a performing hard money loan are great and the demand for hard money is on the rise. These equity loans have a shelf life averaging 1 year or less. This means your money turns over quickly which is crucial to survive and thrive in our current economy. And that is not all.
